The name
itri is the Amazigh (Berber) word for “star.” It phonetically echoes Sirius, the brightest star in Earth’s sky and the name we give the pattern engine inside the app. The compass-star mark captures both halves of the idea: a fixed point to navigate by, and the eight directions you can travel from it.
