Itrius is a trading journal platform that allows users to:

- Analyze trading performance via detailed metrics and statistics
- Maintain a trading journal with notes and annotations
- Generate performance reports
- Receive alerts and insights based on trading data
- Run backtests on strategies
3. User Obligations
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not use the platform for illegal activities
- Respect applicable laws regarding financial trading
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
4. Limitation of Liability
Itrius is a tracking and analysis tool, not a financial advisory service. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations. Trading involves risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from trading decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Itrius are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will result in the permanent deletion of all your data within 30 days.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
